By accessing Tempo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is an invite-only beta release.
2. "As-Is" Service & No Guarantees
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, or accuracy of the application. We reserve the right to terminate the beta, delete data, or change features at any time without notice.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempo shall not be liable for any damages—including loss of data, profits, or business interruption—arising out of the use or inability to use the service. You use this beta at your own risk.
4. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate information via OAuth.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your invite and terminate your access to the beta at our sole discretion, for any reason, without penalty.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
